Location: 4th floor west hall.
- Exchange your VELTRA voucher for tickets at Fast Skytree Ticket Counter on the 4th floor of the SKYTREE. The counter is located near the west entrance.
NOTE:
Please enter immediately after exchanging for your ticket. The ticket will be valid only for the time upon exchange. Entry at other times will not be permitted.

TOKYO SKYTREE Tembo Deck (350m) and Tembo Galleria (450m) Ticket
This ticket allows you to zoom up to both the Tembo Deck as well as the highest spot, the Tembo Galleria, for a birds-eye view of Tokyo from 450 meters in the air!

Restrictions
- This ticket is only for non-Japanese visitors, and cannot be used by Japanese nationals.
- Please make sure the name on the voucher is the same as the name on your passport.
Additional Notes
- You may change your entry date up to 7 days after your selected date. Please note that this change of date is valid only once.
- Participants may visit TOKYO SKYTREE at any time during its business hours on the specific date of their tour plan. Business hours are from 08:00 to 22:00, with last entrance at 21:00.
- Refunds are not available in cases when the view is not clear or affected by weather.
- You must enter the venue immediately after exchanging the tickets.
- Please note that tickets will not be reissued and refunds will not be issued if you lose your ticket after exchanging your voucher.
Dressing & Items to Bring
- Please note that during the exchange of your VELTRA voucher for your entry ticket, the staff will ask for photo ID. If you are attending as a group, everyone must show their photo ID after everyone in your group has gathered.
- Passport
- A VELTRA voucher (print or digitally on smartphone or tablet) must be presented, otherwise you must re-purchase the tickets at the ticket counter on site. Refunds in such cases will not be available.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged in advance or on another person’s behalf.
